- 4 cups of chopped watermelon (seeds removed)
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups of water
Instructions
- In a blender, puree the chopped watermelon until it becomes smooth.
- In a pitcher, mix together the watermelon juice, lemon juice, mint leaves and water.
- Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon.
