My apologies for the late testimonial. I have been honestly wanting to do it long time back but something or the other always got in the way.
Finally I have tried to put my feelings and feedbacks in words. Honestly how much ever described here (put in words as more or less) is definitely way lesser than the way I feel strongly about your group, your expertise and your service. At the end of the 3 months, I even felt that our relations grew from just knowing each other to more like friends and family.
Just to build up on the background, I am not a person who has hit the gym anytime regularly and also never followed any diet before this. After a long time I decided to take things in my hand and control a little bit of my routine – mainly when it came to health to have a healthier routine.
Meenu came in highly recommended as I heard about her from my friends in Vietnam and some of them who had personally gone through a routine through her. One of the friend had a very delicate health situation and when he confirmed that it helped him – that was a great testimony for me to give it a try.
I greatly valued the time that you have coached me. I did not only get a beneficial diet, but a diet in which I had a say in things which helped me adapt fast but yet not lose its prime focus on health and nutrition. I like the approach of you trying to understand my routine first and then giving me a routine which was similar to my routine (less changes) with different dietary requirements. You also explained me what we are doing and why, and gave good insights and articles to support some of the topics unknown to me (helped me gain some knowledge about the subject)
First week was tough as the quantity was controlled and I felt as if my stomach was growling for more. However, post 1.5 weeks, it all felt fine and wonderful.
You found and gave me a diet plan that fits my medical and personal needs. One month into the plan I started feeling more energetic and active and was also seeing signs of losing some weight.
You as a team were very efficient in finding the best plan for a person like me while considering also that if I will stick to the diet or not, and how to change it if I do.
Though being a grown up, I liked the sternness in the plan and in our regular feedback calls, which helped me stick to the diet. I was given cheat day and yet they were also well controlled for my good. I think the strictness was subtle but very much there and it was required. Highly appreciated.
Over a period of time, I realized that you created a plan – which made me happy to see and eat the vegetables and other foods on my plate. You customized it to my taste and really helped me get much much healthier.
What I additionally liked is that You as a team were always checking in on me, periodically in calls and over messages on group chat. Special credit to Dr. Mubarra who also kept close track of the progress and also encouraged and motivated me making sure I follow the routine, making me be and feel like a healthy person. I personally feel that motivation was one of the main factors to keep me on the path. Of course when I look back I know she also was strict on the routine but never made me realize that with all the motivation.
Finally just over a period of 3 months – the results spoke for themselves. I had lost close to 9-10kgs. My blood reports showed good progress. The people I interacted noticed and appreciated the change and were astonished aver the progress over only 3 months. Most importantly I felt good and energetic and happy: happy that I decided to do something about my health and happy that could achieve something with the help of your full team. It gave me a good confidence and feel good feeling overall.
Not to forget that while I was moving countries, without any formal agreement, you all still supported me over the last 4-6 months by checking on me and giving me feedback on the food I was eating.
So in short a very BIG Thank you for all of your time and considerations.
P.S: what better testimony than repeating the experience again. I plan to do this strict control, reporting and monitoring routine once more with your team in the coming weeks as I strongly believe in it. So now that I have moved countries and need to again settle into routine, and get used to a diet ( based on things available here) I now look forward to my second session.
