I started this journey because my weight reached 81kg. My blood test results showed high levels on Triglycerides, Cholesterol, lipids, Uric Acid etc. That’s when I realized I had to do a serious change in my eating habits, not only for my well-being, but also for my health.
First, I had to get used to drinking lots of water all day long. Then, I had to eat right proportions of proteins, carbs etc. including kind of herbal tea’s as suggested in the plan. This is Priya, a 23 year old med student and I was under the guidance of Dr. Meenu Agarwal and Dr. Rajeshwaree for 6 months for PCOS management and holistic health improvement from Jan 2024 to July 2024.
Under their coaching I had a wonderful learning journey in regard to my health. I learnt the importance of discipline with food along with how to plate my portions. I have just completed a three-month diet program with Food N Wellness. When I joined this program, I was suffering from acute gastritis and acid reflux. With their diet-exercise-supplement guidance and monitoring, I feel much better today, and my gastritis and reflux are subsiding considerably.

I had a relapse of typhoid in 3 month’s time and was struggling with poor gut health, Anaemia, High cholesterol, dizziness and exhaustion.
