Description

A refreshing, high-protein salad made with soft paneer, crunchy veggies, and a tangy lemon-olive oil dressing. Light, nutritious, and perfect for weight loss or a clean eating meal.


Ingredients

  • Paneer (low-fat) : 75 g

  • Cucumber : 50 g

  • Tomato : 50 g

  • Onion : 30 g

  • Bell peppers (mixed) : 50 g

  • Lettuce or spinach : 30 g

  • Lemon juice : 1 tsp

  • Cold-pressed olive oil : 1 tsp

  • Black pepper, pink salt, roasted jeera powder to taste

  • Optional: Fresh coriander, mint, chili flakes


Instructions

  1. Dice the paneer into bite-sized cubes. You can lightly sauté or keep it raw.

  2. Chop all vegetables into even pieces.

  3. In a large bowl, combine paneer, chopped veggies, and greens.

  4. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings to make the dressing.

  5. Pour dressing over the salad, toss well, and serve fresh.
