Ingredients
Scale
- 500g ground chicken breast
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, carrots), finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat a tawa (flat griddle) over medium-high heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mixed vegetables, minced garlic, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a kebab shape.
- Brush the tawa with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the shaped kebabs directly onto the greased tawa.
- Cook the kebabs for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a golden brown color. Flip them carefully using a spatula to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the tawa and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
