Description

Jowar Rava Upma is a delightful concoction that marries the earthy essence of jowar rava with the vibrant flavors of peas, carrots, tomatoes, and spices. The process begins with roasting the jowar rava, enhancing its natural aroma, and then sautéing a mix of onions, tomatoes, and boiled peas and carrots. The blend of these ingredients, seasoned with a tempering of cumin, mustard seeds, green chili, and grated ginger, creates a symphony of tastes. Adding water to bring it to a boil, allowing the flavors to meld, and finishing it off with a garnish of freshly grated coconut, green chilies, and coriander elevates this dish to a delightful culinary experience.
