Description

Packed with fibre, antioxidants, and hydration, this refreshing green smoothie is the perfect way to nourish your body and support digestion.


Ingredients

  • Spinach Leaves: 1 cup (lightly steamed or blanched)
  • Broccoli Florets: 1/2 cup (lightly steamed or blanched)
  • Cucumber: 1/2 cup (chopped)
  • Lemon Juice: 1/2 cup (freshly squeezed)
  • Chia Seeds: 1 tablespoon

Water or Coconut Water: 1 cup


Instructions

  1. Steam or Blanch Vegetables: Lightly steam or blanch the spinach and broccoli to preserve nutrients and make blending easier.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the steamed spinach, broccoli, cucumber, lemon juice, chia seeds, and water (or coconut water) to a blender.
  3. Blend: Blend until smooth and well combined.

Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum nutrient retention.
