Description
Aliv (Halim) Ladoos are nutritious and delicious treats made from Aliv seeds. These ladoos are rich in fiber, protein, and essential nutrients, making them a healthy snack option. Also it’s nutrition content makes it great choice for lactating mother.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Aliv (Halim) seeds
- 1 cup jaggery (grated)
- 1/4 cup grated coconut (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- Ghee (clarified butter) for greasing hands
Instructions
- Dry roast Aliv seeds until fragrant, then grind into a coarse powder.
- Make jaggery syrup by heating jaggery with a little water until it melts and forms a syrup consistency.
- Mix Aliv powder, jaggery syrup, grated coconut, chopped nuts, and cardamom powder in a bowl.
- Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into ladoos.
- Let the ladoos cool and store them in an airtight container.
