Ingredients
- Spinach Leaves: 1 cup (lightly steamed or blanched)
- Broccoli Florets: 1/2 cup (lightly steamed or blanched)
- Cucumber: 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Lemon Juice: 1/2 cup (freshly squeezed)
- Chia Seeds: 1 tablespoon
Water or Coconut Water: 1 cup
Instructions
- Steam or Blanch Vegetables: Lightly steam or blanch the spinach and broccoli to preserve nutrients and make blending easier.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the steamed spinach, broccoli, cucumber, lemon juice, chia seeds, and water (or coconut water) to a blender.
