Description

Green Goddess Salad is a quick , vibrant, crunchy, and creamy dish packed with fresh herbs and vegetables. A very easy and tasty way to include green veggies in your diet.


Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  2. 1/2 chopped avocado
  3. 1 cucumber diced
  4. 1 cup spinach chopped
  5. 1 bulb chopped green onions
  6. 1 Tbsp of chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1 tsp of chopped basil leaves
  8. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan alternative)
  9. Minced garlic 2 cloves
  10. lemon juice- 1 tsp
  11. Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the listed ingredients one by one.
  2. Stir well and enjoy

Notes

  1. You can use different greens like lettuce, methi leaves, kale.
  2. Can make it high in proteins by adding different protein food sources like chicken, tofu, paneer, tempeh, sprouts, cooked lentils, eggs.
