Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 200g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
