- peanuts soaked overnight & peeled
- 1/4 cup cucumber chopped
- 1/4 cup Onions chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander/ cilantro leaves chopped
- olive oil Extra virgin
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
