Description

Moringa leaves chutney is a vibrant and flavorful condiment that celebrates the nutritional benefits of moringa leaves. Packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants, this chutney combines fresh moringa leaves with a medley of spices to create a deliciously aromatic blend.


Ingredients

Moringa Leaves – 1 cup

Coconut – 1 tbsp.

Ginger -1 tsp. chopped   .

Green Chili – .1-2

Tamarind -1 small pc or Lime juice 1 tsp.

Sesame seeds oil- 1 tsp

Salt and water as required

Tempering – Optional. Mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and oil are used for this tempering.


Instructions

  1. Add one teaspoon of oil to a pan, add the green chilies and moringa leaves, and sauté for a minute until the leaves wilt.
  2. Don’t overcook. Keep aside.
  3. In a blender, take shredded coconut, roasted green chilies-moringa leaves mixture, tamarind or lime juice , ginger, salt, and blend into a smooth paste by adding ½ cup of water.
  4. Transfer to the serving bowl.
  5. Pour the tempering
