  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 200g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them in the marinade. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes in the fridge.
