Description

Ingredients

  1. Broccoli – 1 cup florets (90g)

  2. Almonds – 7-8 (soaked & peeled)

  3. Garlic – 1 clove (optional)

  4. Onion – 1 tbsp chopped

  5. Olive oil – 1 tsp

  6. Water – 1 cup

  7. Salt & pepper – to taste


Instructions

  1. Lightly sauté chopped onion and garlic in olive oil for 1–2 minutes.

  2. Add broccoli florets and sauté for another minute.

  3. Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 7–8 minutes until soft.

  4. Add soaked almonds and blend everything into a smooth soup.

  5. Reheat, season with salt, pepper.
